Joseph A. Casad, President. Mr. Casad, who leads our property tax value service efforts, has over 15 years of direct experience in all facets of property tax valuation consulting and appeal management. He holds a BS in Geographic Information Systems with an emphasis in Urban Development as well as numerous appraisal and property valuation course completions. His efforts have included:
